We have completely transferred the “HotelGuest-App“ with its basic “TourismusSuite“ system to the cloud so that we can ensure a reliable and performant operation of our client projects. This enables us to respond to peak loads in the shortest amount of time, this especially being an indispensable benefit during campaigns. The systems we care for are technically monitored 24/7 on the basis of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This enables any problems that might incur to be mainly recognised in advance, enabling our technicians to remedy them. The highest priority is attached to data protection and data security. We already ensure an issuing of a secure passport when the profile is being created in addition to us making the most diverse measures available in order to combat potential data abuse.

Comfortable control and maintenance

The controlling  of the hotel portal is normally the responsibility of the hotel group or hotel cooperation e-commerce or marketing department using the efficient TourismusSuite backoffice. The integrated Content Management System (CMS) specialises in the multilingual maintenance and controlling of all of the touristic contents. Service providers, regions, tourist attractions, news, campaigns and much more can be efficiently maintained and managed here. Additional access to all off the booking profiles is also possible if the guest retention system is connected to it. Profiles and profile statuses can be processed in the  TourismusSuite backoffice, depending on the PMS / CRM that is used. The comprehensive statistics module that is also integrated provides a summary of the currently earned turnovers and forecasts in real-time.
